Peter Charles has been an independent finance executive since 1996, specialising in finance development for organisations ranging from small charities to FTSE 100 companies. He has extensive experience across all aspects of finance development and works regularly across Western Europe.

Peter has worked with organisations with turnovers ranging from £1 million to £1 billion, giving him an unusual perspective on the challenges and transitions that organisations face as they grow. He hopes to bring this experience to the ambitious growth plans of Dreams Come True.

Peter joined the Dreams Come True board of trustees because he believes in the mission to bring moments of joy to children, regardless of circumstance.
