Imagine a world where every child, no matter their background, health, or circumstances, can dream big. Sadly, right now, 1 in 3 children in the UK lives in poverty. For children facing serious illness, disability, or life-limiting conditions, the challenges are even greater.

One of these children is Hannah. 

Hannah is 14, from Glasgow and her dream is to visit Lapland UK with her family this December. 

She's an extremely special girl - she loves art, numbers, and horses which also help her through Equine Therapy. Hannah enjoys spinning, bouncing and swinging - any movement that helps her to regulate. Due to her medical challenges and autism diagnosis she relies heavily on her Mum, and this holiday would give them a chance to spend precious time together, an opportunity which they normally would not have.

Like many families caring for a child with additional needs, they face extra challenges and expenses that prevents them from going away together, including accessibility limitations and finances. This break will allow Mum and Hannah to spend some fantastic quality time as a family away from everyday worries, making precious Christmas memories that will last a lifetime.
