This patch of unused grass at Elleray Park School in Wallasey will soon become something extraordinary - a Sensory Garden that will transform lives!

💚 120 children with severe learning difficulties will benefit from this space designed to engage all their senses - sight, smell, sound, and touch. Many come from Merseyside's most deprived areas and desperately need this therapeutic haven.Currently, this space offers nothing. Some pupils can't even access it. But imagine sensory activities that spark curiosity, reduce anxiety, and create those precious moments of joy for children who need it most.

As one teacher said: The moment of magic will be some of our most medically complex children being able to access an appropriate activity and gaining some enjoyment and joy from it.
